1. Chairman’s welcome.
2. Receive apologies.
3. Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.
4. To confirm the minutes of the previous bi-monthly meeting held on Tuesday 8th November 2022.
5. County Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Gill Moseley.
6. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.
7. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Brian Lewis.
8. Matters Arising – (Cllr Millar):
Council to receive an update regarding the Build Back Better Councillor Scheme funding received and the projects underway.
9. Saplings – (Cllr Fuller):
Council to receive any updates.
10. Speed Indicator Device Updates – (Cllr Allen):
Council to receive updates regarding recent works to current device and the purchase of a replacement device following a recent theft.
11. Village Signage – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss the proposed idea and installation of a new Village sign in honour of the Chartist Movement and King Charles III coronation.
12. Collapsed Drain Cover A417 – (Cllr Williams):
Council to receive any updates regarding the ongoing works to fix the reported collapsed drain cover.
13. Finance – (Clerk and Cllr Williams):
· Council to receive a report following the most recent internal finance check.
· To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 2nd November 2022.
· Council to approve 2023/2024 budget.
· Council to approve 2023/2024 precept.
14. Planning – (Cllr Millar):
To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
