1. Chairman’s welcome.
2. Receive apologies.
3. Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.
4. To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting, held on Tuesday 14th January 2020.
5. County Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Will Windsor – Clive.
6. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.
7. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Brian Lewis.
8. Neighbourhood Watch Scheme – (Cllr Fuller):
Guest speaker Mr Phil Waring NHW Co-ordinator for Lowbands to discuss a ‘multi- village’ approach to the scheme.
9. Strategic Housing & Economic Land Availability Assessment (SHELAA) – Chairman)
To discuss the annual Government / FDDC request for possible sites for future business & housing within the village.
10. Quiz – (Cllr Allen):
To remind all of the upcoming quiz date & fundraising updates.
11. Culvert and Drainage Ditches – (Cllr Allen & Cllr Williams):
Council to discuss the Riparian rights and ownership within Staunton and highlight any actions to be taken ref. to letters & leafleting progress.
12. Mobile Library – (Chairman):
To provide an update regarding the new service.
13. VE day 75 Commemoration – 8th - 10th May 2020 - (Cllr Williams)
To discuss possible Community Involvement in this International occasion.
14. Staunton and Corse Patients Group – (Cllr Peach):
To present a report from the recent meeting of the Staunton and Corse Patients Group.
15. Internal Finance Check – (Cllr Bradbury):
To report the findings of the bi-annual internal check on Staunton Parish Council’s financial records.
16. Finance – (Clerk):
To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 10 December 2019.
17. Planning – (Clerk):
To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
