You are hereby invited to attend the next Parish Council Meeting which has been arranged for Tuesday 10th November 2020, at 7.30 pm. 1. Chairman’s welcome.
2. Receive apologies.
3. Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.
4. To confirm the minutes of the previous meetings, held on Tuesday 8th September 2020.
5. County Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Will Windsor – Clive.
6. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.
7. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Brian Lewis.
8. Local Plan Consultations – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss and submit any comments.
9. Riparian Rights – (Cllr Williams/Cllr Allen):
To provide any updates and discuss the distribution of letters and informational leaflets to Parishioners.
10. Whitmore Way – (Cllr Williams):
Council to discuss new signage required.
11. Highways – (Cllr Millar):
· To provide an update regarding the ongoing issue with HGV’s along the B4208.
· To provide an update regarding ongoing speeding issues.
12. Chartist Way Section 106 – (Cllr Millar):
To provide an update regarding the status of these funds.
13. A417 Flooding – (Cllr Fuller):
An update to be provided regarding the A417 flooding relief issues and actions taken since the last meeting of Staunton Parish Council.
14. Quiz – (Cllr Fuller):
To provide an update and discuss the upcoming virtual fundraising quiz night to be held in December.
15. Staunton and Corse Patients Group – (Cllr Peach):
To present a report from the recent meeting of the Staunton and Corse Patients Group.
16. Finance – (Clerk/Cllr Williams):
· To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 27th August 2020.
· To report the findings of an internal check on Staunton Parish Council’s financial records.
17. Planning – (Cllr Millar):
To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
