1.     Chairman’s welcome.

 

2.      Receive apologies.

 

3.      Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.

 

4.     To confirm the minutes of the previous bi-monthly meeting held on Tuesday 9th July 2019.

 

5.     Quiz – (Cllr Allen):

To remind all of the upcoming quiz date, need for raffle prize donations and the new card payment system.

 

6.     Highways – (Chairman):

Council to receive an update regarding new white road markings at the mini roundabout in Staunton.

7.     Donations – (Chairman):

Council to discuss a donation request from the Playing Fields.

 

8.     Footpaths – (Vice Chairman):

Council to receive an update and completed audit for consideration regarding the footpaths of Staunton.

 

9.     P1232/18/OUT – Yew Tree Cottage Site on Gloucester Road – (Chairman):

Council to discuss whether to propose a speed limit reduction to 30mph between Corse and Staunton Village Hall on the A417 and Ledbury Road to improve road safety with the increased traffic from the new development.

 

10.  Local Plan 2021-2041 Issues and Options Consultation – (Chairman):

Council to discuss any comments for submission.

 

11.  Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document Consultation – (Chairman):

Council to discuss any comments for submission.

 

12.  Staunton and Corse Patients Group – (Cllr Peach):

Council to receive a report from the latest Staunton and Corse Patient’s Group meeting.

 

13.  Finance – (Clerk):

To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 26th June 2019.

 

14.  Planning – (Chairman):

To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
