1.     Chairman’s welcome.

2.      Receive apologies.

3.      Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.

4.     To confirm the minutes of:

·       The previous bi-monthly meeting held on Tuesday 10th May 2022

·       AGM held on Tuesday 10th May 2022

Council also to receive APM minutes from meeting held on Tuesday 10th May 2022 ahead of approval in 2023.

5.     County Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Gill Moseley.

6.     District Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.

7.     District Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from District Councillor Brian Lewis.

8.     Matters Arising – (Cllr Millar):

Bench

·      Council to receive any updates regarding the purchase of a bench as part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

Quiz

·      Council to receive an update regarding the recent fundraising quiz night and any feedback from the reopening of The Swan.

9.     Councillor Vacancy – (Cllr Millar):

Council to discuss application received and proceed with the co-option process.

10.  Redmarley Play Park Project – (Cllr Millar):

Council to hear plans for the upcoming play park project in Redmarley.

11.  Snowball Accessibility App – (Cllr Millar):

Council to discuss email received regarding a new accessibility application helping those in the community with disabilities.

12.  Noticeboard – (Cllr Millar):

Council to receive any updates regarding the newly installed joint noticeboard with Corse Parish Council.

13.  Speed Indicator Device – (Cllr Allen):

Council to receive any updates regarding the refurbishment of Staunton Parish Council’s solar device.

14.  Highways Local Funding – (Cllr Millar):

Council to discuss recent site visit and Staunton Parish Council’s ongoing bid for a new Speed Indicator Device.

15.  Finance – (Clerk and Cllr Williams):

·      To report the findings of an internal check of Staunton Parish Council’s financial records.

·      To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 23rd April 2022.

16.  Planning – (Cllr Millar):

·      To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.

·      Council to discuss P0731/22/FUL ahead of submission of comments.
