1.     Chairman’s welcome.

3.      Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.

 

4.     To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting, held on Tuesday 15th January 2019.

Update on actions taken as a result of letters agreed upon and sent after the last bi-monthly meeting held on Tuesday 15th January 2019.

 

6.     May 2019 Elections – (Vice Chairman):

To remind all of upcoming elections on Thursday 2nd May 2019 and to give Councillors their ballot papers ready for completion.

7.     Joint Annual Parish Meeting – (Vice Chairman):

 

To inform all that a joint Annual Parish Meeting will be held with Corse Parish Council on Tuesday 2nd April 2019 in the Annexe of Corse and Staunton Village Hall.

 

8.     Post Office – (Vice Chairman):

To report any progress regarding the status of the Post Office in Staunton.

9.     Quiz – (Vice Chairman):

 

To discuss the future of the quiz, and the team necessary for its continued success.  

 

10.  Staunton and Corse Patients Group – (Cllr Peach):

Council to receive Cllr Peach’s report from the latest Staunton and Corse Patient’s Group meeting.

 

11.  Internal Finance Check – (Cllr Bradbury):

To report the findings of the bi-annual internal check on Staunton Parish Council’s financial records.

 

12.  Finance – (Clerk):

To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 22nd December 2018.

 

13.  Planning – (Vice Chairman):

To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
