4.     To confirm the minutes of the previous bi-monthly meeting held on Tuesday 9th January 2024

 

5.     County Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Gill Moseley.

 

6.     District Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.

 

7.     District Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from District Councillor Clayton Williams.

 

8.     Fundraising Supper Club – (Cllr Capper):

Council to receive any updates regarding the upcoming fundraising Supper Club and raffle.

 

9.     Defibrillator – (Cllr Capper):

Council to receive any updates.

 

10.  Community Funded Fibre Project – (Cllr Peach):

Council to discuss the proposed plans.

 

11.  Footpaths – (Cllr Williams):

Council to receive any updates.

 

12.  SHELAA– (Cllr Millar):

Council to discuss any sites for submission.

 

13.  Councillor Advocacy Scheme – (Cllr Millar):

Council to appoint a delegate to represent Staunton Parish Council and discuss the previous meeting held.

 

14.  Noticeboard – (Cllr Millar):

Council to receive an update regarding the ongoing issues with Staunton Parish Council’s noticeboard.

 

15.  SID – (Cllr Allen):

Council to receive any updates.

 

16.  Finance – (Clerk):

·      To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 9th January 2024.

 

17.  Planning – (Cllr Millar):

To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
