To report the findings of the internal check on Staunton Parish Council’s financial records.
7. Standing Orders and Financial Regulations – (Chairman):
To approve our Standing Orders and Financial Regulations.
8. Budget 2017/2018 – (Clerk):
Council to approve the budget for 2017/2018.
9. Dementia Action Alliance – (Cllr Peach):
To discuss joining the Dementia Action Alliance.
10. ‘P1731/16/TE’ Phone Mast Appeal – (Vice Chairman):
An update to be given regarding the results of the appeal.
11. Planning Application ‘P1637/17/FUL’ Change of use of land to private gypsy and traveller caravan site – (Chairman):
An update to be given regarding the current situation.
12. Post Office – (Vice Chairman):
An update to be given on the current status of the Staunton Post Office.
13. Quiz – (Chairman):
A reminder of the next quiz date to be given and the need for raffle prize donations.
14. Staunton and Corse Patients Group – (Cllr Peach):
Council to receive Cllr Peach’s report from the last Staunton and Corse Patient’s Group meeting.
15. Finance – (Clerk):
To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 9th January 2018.
16. Planning – (Clerk):
To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
