Bi Monthly Meeting
Dear Councillors and all members of the community
You are hereby invited to attend the next Parish Council Meeting which has been arranged for Tuesday 13thJuly 2021, at 7.30pm at Corse and Staunton Village Hall. Please be aware that all Covid-19 guidelines will be followed, and all attending will be required to wear a face mask (unless medically exempt) and abide by social distancing rules.

AGENDA
1. Chairman’s welcome.
2. Receive apologies.
3. Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.
4. To confirm the minutes of:
· The previous bi-monthly meeting held on Wednesday 5th May 2021
· AGM held on Wednesday 5th May 2021
Council also to receive APM minutes from meeting held on Wednesday 5th May ahead of approval in 2022.
5. County Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Gill Molesley.
6. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.
7. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Brian Lewis.
8. Councillor Vacancy – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss application received.
9. Acceptance of Office – (Cllr Millar):
Chair and Vice Chair to formally sign the Acceptance of Office following their election in May.
10. GCC Highways Local Funding – (Cllr Millar):
To consider any projects for submission ahead of the 16th July deadline.
11. Footpaths – (Cllr Williams):
Council to receive an update regarding the re-waymarking of the Staunton Parish footpath network and to note any updates made to the footpath audit.
12. Flooding – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss recent flooding issues experienced in Staunton.
13. Speeding – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss the ongoing speeding issues in Staunton and receive updates regarding the installation of Staunton Parish Council’s newest Speed Indicator Device.
14. Forest of Dean Local History Society – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss email received from the Forest of Dean Local History Society.
15. Internal Finance Check – (Cllr Williams):
To report the findings of an internal check of Staunton Parish Council’s financial records.
16. Finance – (Clerk):
To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 13th March 2021, also to note the dates of the Notice of Public Rights.
17. Planning – (Cllr Millar):
To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
