You are hereby invited to attend the next Parish Council Meeting which has been arranged for Tuesday 14th January 2020, at 7.30pm in the Annexe, Corse and Staunton Village Hall.

1. Chairman’s welcome.
2. Receive apologies.
3. Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.
4. To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting, held on Tuesday 12th November 2019.
5. County Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Will Windsor – Clive.
6. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.
7. Two Rivers – (Chairman):
Assistant Director of Housing, Rachel Smith to provide further information regarding the renovation and redevelopment of Johnstone Close.
8. 2020/2021 Budget - (Chairman):
Council to approve the budget for 2020/2021.
9. Quiz – (Cllr Allen):
To remind all of the upcoming quiz date and the need for raffle prize donations.
10. Culvert and Drainage Ditches – (Cllr Allen):
Council to discuss the Riparian rights and ownership within Staunton and highlight any actions to be taken.
11. Rural Watch Coordinator and Neighbourhood Watch Scheme – (Chairman):
Council to remind all of the services and schemes in place throughout Staunton, following a number of recent burglaries in the community.
12. St James Church Funding Request – (Chairman):
Council to discuss a funding request from the Church Warden.
13. Mobile Library – (Chairman):
To provide an update regarding potential locations in which to locate the mobile library service.
14. Staunton and Corse Patients Group – (Cllr Peach):
To inform all of the change in Chairmanship and to note any issues to be raised at the next meeting of the Staunton and Corse Patients Group on Wednesday 12th February.
15. Finance – (Clerk):
To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 23rd October 2019.
16. Planning – (Clerk):
To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
