You are hereby invited to attend the next Parish Council Meeting which has been arranged for Tuesday 14th January 2025, at 7.30pm in the Annexe, at Corse and Staunton Village Hall.

1. Chairman’s welcome.
2. Receive apologies.
3. Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.
4. To confirm the minutes of the previous bi-monthly meeting held on Tuesday 12th November 2024.
5. County Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Gill Moseley.
6. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.
7. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Clayton Williams.
8. Bank Signatory – (Cllr Millar):
Council to re-assign vacant third bank signatory role in line with Staunton Parish Council’s Financial Regulations.
9. Footpaths – (Cllr Williams):
Council to receive any updates.
10. Bins – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss a request received to reinstall a litter bin outside the Village store.
11. New Website – (Clerk):
Council to receive any updates.
12. Patient Participation Group – (Cllr Peach):
Council to receive a report from a recent Patient Participation Group meeting.
13. Fundraising – (Cllr Capper):
Council to receive an update following the most recent funding supper club which raises funds towards Staunton Parish Council’s defibrillator fund.
14. Finance – (Cllr Millar/Clerk):
· To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 9th November 2024.
· Council to receive a report from the recently completed internal check of Staunton Parish Council’s financial records.
· Council to be presented with any payments/training requests/donation requests received for approval.
· Council to discuss and approve 2025/26 budget.
· Council to discuss and approve the 2025/26 precept request.
· Council to receive and approve audit letter of appointment received.
15. Planning – (Cllr Millar):
To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
