1.     Chairman’s welcome.

 

2.      Receive apologies.

 

3.      Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.

 

4.     To confirm the minutes of the previous bi-monthly meeting held on Tuesday 10th January 2023.

 

5.     County Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Gill Moseley.

 

6.     District Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.

 

7.     District Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from District Councillor Brian Lewis.

 

8.     Matters Arising – (Cllr Millar):

Asset Update

·      Council to receive an update regarding the recently installed noticeboard, and to note that all new assets have now be added to the Parish Council insurance cover with Zurich.

 

9.     Councillor Resignation – (Cllr Millar):

Council to receive an update regarding a recent Councillor resignation.

 

10.  Elections – (Cllr Millar):

To update all regarding the changes to voter ID requirements for the upcoming elections.

 

11.  Coronation – (Cllr Millar):

Council to discuss plans for the upcoming Coronation of King Charles III.

 

12.  SHELAA – (Cllr Millar):

Council to discuss any submissions ahead of 31st March deadline.

 

13.  Community Hub – (Cllr Fuller):

Council to receive an update following a recently held fundraising quiz night.

 

14.  Severn Treescapes Ourboretum Project – (Cllr Millar):

Council to discuss and provide an update regarding plans to submit a bid for trees as part of the project.

 

15.  Finance – (Clerk):

·      To discuss and appoint the internal auditor for 2022/2023.

·      To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 7th January 2023.

 

16.  Planning – (Cllr Millar):

·      An update to be provided regarding ongoing planning enforcement issues in the Parish.

·      To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
