5.     Matters Arising:

 

†  Park - Chartist Way

To provide an update on any correspondence/planned maintenance arranged as a result of comments made about the current state of the park during our last bi-monthly meeting.

6.     Audit 2018/2019– (Clerk):

 

†  Council to declare an exemption from the requirement for a limited assurance review.

†  To approve Section 1: Annual Governance Statement 2018/2019.

†  To approve Section 2: Accounting Statements 2018/2019 for Staunton Parish Council.

 

7.     Quiz – (Chairman):

To provide an update regarding the future of Staunton Parish Council’s fundraising quiz nights.

8.     Post Office – (Chairman):

To remind all that the new Post Office service is now open at Staunton Garden Centre.

9.     Staunton Mini Roundabout – (Chairman):

To discuss possible measures for improvement.

10.  Footpaths – (Chairman):

Council to discuss any outstanding areas where maintenance is required.

 

11.  Finance – (Clerk):

To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 17th January 2019.

 

12.  Planning – (Chairman):

To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
