1.        Chairman’s welcome.

 

2.         Receive apologies.

 

3.         Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.

 

4.        To confirm the minutes of the previous bi-monthly meeting held on Tuesday 12th March 2024

 

5.        Fundraising Supper Club and Defibrillator – (Cllr Capper):

Council to receive any updates.

 

6.        Footpaths – (Cllr Williams):

Council to receive any updates.

 

7.        Community Funded Fibre Project – (Cllr Millar):

Council to receive any updates.

 

8.        Fly Tipping – (Cllr Williams):

Council to receive updates regarding ongoings issues that are occurring in Staunton.

 

9.        Replacement Noticeboard – (Cllr Millar):

Council to discuss the purchase of a replacement noticeboard.

 

10.  D-Day 80th Anniversary – (Cllr Fuller):

Council to discuss any plans and events taking place to mark the 80th Anniversary of D-Day.

 

 

11.  Finance – (Clerk):

·      To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 13th March 2024.

·      Council to receive the findings of a recently completed internal finance check.

·      Council to discuss and approve any donations for 2024/2025.

 

12.  Audit 2023/2024 – (Cllr Millar):

 

·      Council to declare an exemption from the requirement for a limited assurance review.

·      To approve Section 1: Annual Governance Statement 2023/2024.

·      To approve Section 2: Accounting Statements 2023/2024 for Staunton Parish Council.

·      To note the inspection period for the Notice of Public Rights.

 

13.  Planning – (Cllr Millar):

To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
