AGENDA

1.     Chairman’s welcome.

2.      Receive apologies.

3.      Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.

4.     To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting, held on Tuesday 13th November 2018.

5.     2019/2020 Budget - (Clerk):

Council to approve the budget for 2019/2020.

6.     2019/2020 Precept – (Chairman):

Councillors to discuss and agree a precept figure for submission to the Forest of Dean District Council.

7.     Post Office – (Cllr Millar):

To report any progress regarding the status of the Post Office in Staunton.

8.     Quiz – (Chairman):

To remind all of the upcoming quiz date and the need for raffle prize donations.

9.     Highways – (Cllr Millar):

An update to be given regarding the installation of Village Gateways.

10.  Staunton and Corse Patients Group – (Cllr Peach):

Council to receive Cllr Peach’s report from the latest Staunton and Corse Patient’s Group meeting.

11.  Finance – (Clerk):

To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 27th October 2018.

12.  Planning – (Clerk):

To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
