1. Chairman’s welcome.
2. Receive apologies.
3. Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.
4. To confirm the minutes of the previous meetings, held on Tuesday 11th January 2022.
5. County Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Gill Moseley.
6. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.
7. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Brian Lewis.
8. Councillor Vacancy – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss application received and proceed with the co-option process.
9. Ash Dieback Replanting Scheme – (Cllr Millar and Cllr Fuller):
· Council to receive an update regarding the recent planting of saplings provided by the Ash Dieback Replanting Scheme.
· Council to discuss the suggested purchase of a bench for the area.
10. Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss any comments for submission.
11. Storms – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss and receive any updates regarding issues that may have occurred from the recent storms.
12. Finance – (Clerk and Cllr Millar):
· Council to discuss and formally approve proposed Clerk’s salary increase.
· To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 22nd December 2021.
13. Planning – (Cllr Millar):
· To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
· Council to discuss planning application P2119/21/FUL ahead of submission of comments by 10/3/22.
