1.     Chairman’s welcome.

 

2.      Receive apologies.

 

3.      Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.

 

4.     To confirm the minutes of the previous bi-monthly meeting held on Tuesday 12th July 2022.

 

5.     County Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Gill Moseley.

 

6.     District Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.

 

7.     District Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from District Councillor Brian Lewis.

 

8.     Matters Arising – (Cllr Millar):

Council to receive an update regarding the ongoing insurance claim for the recently stolen Speed Indicator Device.

 

9.     Build Back Better Councillor Scheme Applications (Cllr Millar):

Council to receive any updates regarding the applications submitted to the Build Back Better Councillor Scheme for funding towards a bench and noticeboard.

 

 

10.  Prince of Wales Pub – (Cllr Millar):

Council to hear proposed plans for the Prince of Wales Pub from, Lucy Binnie of Land and Mineral Management.

 

11.  Councillor Delegations – (Cllr Millar):

Council to discuss Councillor delegations for Cllr Capper.

12.  Finance – (Clerk and Cllr Williams):

·      Council to receive a report following the most recent internal finance check.

·      To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 25th June 2022.

·      Council to discuss and approve training requests.

·      Council to receive and discuss 2023/2024 draft budget ahead of approval in January 2023.

·      Council to discuss 2023/2024 precept.

 

13.  Planning – (Cllr Millar):

To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
