You are hereby invited to attend the next Parish Council Meeting which has been arranged for Tuesday 8th September 2020, at 7.30 pm. 1. Chairman’s welcome.
2. Receive apologies.
3. Receive Declarations of Interest concerning agenda items.
4. To confirm the minutes of the previous meetings, held on Tuesday 14th July 2020.
5. Matters Arising – (Cllr Millar):
· Donations:
An update to be given regarding the donations given by Staunton Parish Council and any thanks received.
6. Three Shire Stages:
Information to be provided regarding the 2021 event by invited speaker Jeff Wheeler – Event Organiser.
7. County Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Will Windsor – Clive.
8. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.
9. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Brian Lewis.
10. Website– (Cllr Millar/Clerk):
· To approve Staunton Parish Council’s Accessibility Statement in line with Website Content Accessibility Guidelines.
· To provide an update regarding the development of Staunton Parish Council’s new website.
11. Draft Housing Strategy 2020-2024 – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss and submit any comments.
12. Planning Consultation – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss and submit any comments to NALC.
13. Council Tax Support Scheme Consultation – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss and submit any comments.
14. A417 Flooding – (Cllr Fuller):
Council to discuss the A417 flooding relief issues.
15. Wild Flowers – (Cllr Fuller):
Council to discuss.
16. Quiz – (Cllr Fuller):
Council to discuss ideas for future fundraising quiz nights with the current Covid-19 restrictions.
17. Litter Bins – (Cllr Williams):
To provide an update regarding the purchase of a new litter bin following Parishioner requests.
18. Whitmore Way – (Cllr Williams):
An update to be given regarding the recent survey of Whitmore Way, with the Council to discuss actions required.
19. Staunton and Corse Patients Group – (Cllr Peach):
To present a report from the recent meeting of the Staunton and Corse Patients Group.
20. Finance – (Clerk):
To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 18th June 2020.
21. Planning – (Cllr Millar):
To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
