Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Gill Moseley.

 

6.     District Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.

 

7.     District Councillor Report:

Council to receive a report from District Councillor Clayton Williams.

 

8.     Defibrillator – (Cllr Capper):

Council to receive any updates.

 

9.     Footpaths – (Cllr Williams):

Council to receive any updates.

 

10.  Community Funded Fibre Project – (Cllr Millar):

Council to discuss the proposed plans.

 

11.  Councillor Advocacy Scheme – (Cllr Millar):

Council to receive information regarding this new project.

12.  S106 updates – (Cllr Millar):

Council to receive updates.

 

13.  Finance – (Clerk):

·      To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 14th November 2023.

·      Council to receive report from the recently completed internal check of Staunton Parish Council’s financial records

·      Council to discuss and approve 2024/25 budget and precept.

·      Council to discuss audit appointment letter received.

To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
