4.     To confirm the minutes of:

·      Annual General Meeting – Tuesday 14th May 2019

·      Previous bi-monthly meeting - Tuesday 14th May 2019

5.     Matters Arising:

†  Park - Chartist Way

To provide an update on the planned maintenance.

6.     Quiz – (Cllr Allen):

To remind all of the upcoming quiz date and the need for raffle prize donations.

7.     Staunton Mini Roundabout – (Chairman):

Council to receive an update regarding a site visit requested with Highways and the submitted request for maintenance work to improve road safety.

8.     Footpaths – (Cllr Williams):

Council to discuss the ongoing audit and any outstanding areas where maintenance work is required.

9.     Donations – (Chairman):

Council to discuss and approve donations for 2019/2020.

10.  Staunton and Corse Patients Group – (Cllr Peach):

Council to receive a report from the latest Staunton and Corse Patient’s Group meeting.

11.  Finance – (Clerk):

To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 27th April 2019.

12.  Planning – (Chairman):

To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
