4. To confirm the minutes of:
· The previous bi-monthly meeting held on Tuesday 14th May 2024
· AGM held on Tuesday 14th May 2024
Council also to receive APM minutes from meeting held on Tuesday 14th May 2024 ahead of approval in 2025.
5. County Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from County Councillor, Gill Moseley.
6. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Philip Burford.
7. District Councillor Report:
Council to receive a report from District Councillor Clayton Williams.
8. Defibrillator – (Cllr Millar):
Council to receive updates.
9. Footpaths – (Cllr Williams):
Council to receive any updates.
10. 2024/25 Winter Plan – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss email received from Highways.
11. Fly Tipping – (Cllr Williams):
Council to receive updates regarding ongoings issues that are occurring in Staunton.
12. Replacement Noticeboard – (Cllr Millar):
Council to receive updates.
13. Draft Local Plan 2021-2041 Consultation – (Cllr Millar):
Council to discuss comments for submission.
14. Finance – (Clerk):
· To present a bank reconciliation reporting all payments and receipts since 15th May 2024.
· Council to discuss and approve any donations for 2024/2025.
· Council to receive updates regarding 2023/24 audit and insurance cover.
15. Planning – (Cllr Millar):
To provide an update regarding planning applications, appeals and enforcements.
